i don't understand how some people can change their interests for someone else--these changes are 99% outward and superficial, and aren't fooling anyone (well...me at least). once that person is out of your life, you'll switch your interests yet again for someone new. this chameleon personality may win you brownie points to the newest person you're trying to please, but at the end of the day, you have nothing going for you, because your interests are really another person's interests. they're not your own. so please, be original, and find someone who likes you for that, and not someone you're trying to be.
